I've blended the Orton effect with my personal art effects. The image is made up of the original image plus 3 additional layers (1 blurred duplicate and 2 textured) to create this image. Hope you like it.

I uploaded this image so that you can see it in a larger format.
Even at this size I'm not sure you can see what is going on in it..
